The Cancer and Blood Specialists was recently bought out by the Comprehensive Cancer Centers of NV (CCCNV). After this happened, the Fort Apache location was closed (which was my original location) and most of the patients and staff at that office were moved to different locations.
This is how I got to the Shadow Lane office. Let's keep in mind that the patients that come here are being treated for CANCER... sometimes (as in my case) life-threatening.
Before I left the Fort Apache office, they told me my next appointment was at 12. I even asked for 12, as that is the time most convenient for me. When I showed up they told me my appointment was at 9:30. Then 3 nurses ask me why I was late and if I can show up on time next time.
I was told to show up at noon, I showed up at noon. I don't need nurses badgering me, a terminal cancer patient, to "maybe be more cognizant of [my] appointment time". I found it very rude and inconsiderate. When I received treatment at the Fort Apache office, it was actually an enjoyable experience, this is not.
Maybe the nurses should be more concerned with helping and treating patients than badgering them about appointment times.
