  • These guys are definitely TOP SHELF! Initially dispatched by my grill manufacturer (another, not so favorable, review) Chase and his team are now my speed dial for any type of household appliance repair. From the moment they arrive (with the whole shoe-cover drill, just to walk through my home, to the back yard!) it becomes very obvious (and reassuring) that these guys are courteous, competent and professional. While most repairmen will either do too little or too much, based on the customer's limited technical knowledge ... and willingness to keep paying ..., Chase quickly diagnosed the problem, then got on the phone with the manufacturer to make sure that only the correct and necessary parts were immediately sent to my home. I consider this level of service to be quite rare; would trust Mr. Appliance to work on any system in my home and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others!
