The gym is clean, but busy. Change rooms are large and have a steam room, cold room and sauna.
This review is more about the amazing classes I've taken here. specifically yoga and spinning.
Mondays at 5:30pm: Hot Yoga with Andrea is really really good. I've taken many free yoga classes at multiple Extreme locations and Andrea's class is by far one of my favourites. Its not dumbed down for beginners (errr...sorry yoga beginners, but you kinda ruin classes for people that have been going for a long time) and her routine or execution of going through each pose is set up so that people get a great work out). Highly recommended.
Note: She also teaches a class at 6:30pm on Mondays
Fridays: Spinning with Felix at 5:30pm: Great workout, but its also super fun. Felix keeps the energy up with great music (lots of top 40s, exactly what you want while working out) and motivates the class in a really positive way.
Fridays: Hot Yoga with Robert at 5:30pm: Very similar to Andrea's class but more advanced, Robert leads the class through challenging poses quickly which gives you a better, intense workout AND makes you sweat like a maniac. So great.
