Our go-to Filipino place! They have several "Silog" plates, as well as turo-turo. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. If I remember to ask, they can substitute white rice for garlic rice, and sunny-side-up eggs for over-hard. They also have the usual Filipino junk food/snacks that I used to get in the Philippines. I eat way too much when we come here!
Tip: Every once in a while they'll have a Groupon out, so I always check before I go (that's how I first learned about this place). But even without a Groupon, the prices aren't bad.
