  • Slower than you can possibly imagine, and then slower than that. Every employee who communicates with customers is weirdly uncommunicative. I cracked a tooth on a bone in the whitefish salad once. The bagels are good, though, and the cream cheese is fresh. I like that there are a zillion flavors of bagel. I'd eat here only if I could get someone else (maybe someone I didn't really like, or whose time I didn't value?) to pick up my food for me.
