  • Installers came out to deliver my washer and dryer faster than I expected and I didn't have everything ready yet. They said I could schedule for a later date for them to come back out a different day to finish the job. Over a week later I called to have them come out to stack the washer and dryer at no extra cost. That's great customer service as is, but what really got me was that, most likely due to under staffing during the holidays Manny and Kayla (store managers) made the time to come out and do the installation. THAT is customer service. THAT is what will have me recommending this store to my friends and family. Thank you for everything!
