  • Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Tried to plan a birthday party. Went in ahead of time, wasn't able to make the reservation. Was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. 4 days later, having heard nothing, I called. Was told someone would get back to me immediately. No response. Sent an email through their website. No response. Needless to say we having the party elsewhere.
