  • I am not easily blown away by service nowadays, but WOW. From the initial contact until I was handed my keys back from the owner of the company and told that I should keep a watch out for a faulty motor, it was one textbook example of service to another. Quick diagnosis and estimate, easy scheduling for mobile service. And when they called to tell me that the tech was running behind, I offered to drive a couple miles to the shop and was greeted warmly and out the door in less than 30 minutes. And having gotten a quote from my "usual" mechanic for just under $600 and 2 hours of time...customer for life! Thanks so much.
