| - Chose this daycare as my son's first daycare ever, mostly because of the camera system they have where I can watch him on my phone 24/7. However, the camera system didn't really benefit me when I went 4 hours without seeing him on camera. It was really upsetting to have to pick him to complaints about him that he was crying all day, how he wouldn't take a nap, and this and that. So, was he out of camera sight on purpose, crying in the corner? His teachers were so rude, never welcomed us, and rarely even spoke to me. They would tell the kids to "shut up," "no you are sleeping, stop crying, go back to sleep," "you are spoiled I am not picking you up." Sometimes in the morning my son would cry because he didn't want to stay and no one bothered offering me help, his teacher had his back to me and didn't mind helping me. Twice I saw on camera how his teachers picked up my son by ONE arm in a very rude manner. If he wasn't eating, he was on his own all day without any attention. I got to the point where I had it. Staff here was very rude, unwelcoming, without experience apparently if they did not know how to talk and treat these innocent babies, and overall the worst of the worst. I put in my two weeks and withdrew my son. I brought these issues to the director's attention more than once and it seemed like they didn't have experience in problem solving as they did not even care. It was the worst decision from my part to enroll my son here as his first daycare. There is no communication among the staff, new teachers are constantly coming in and old ones leaving as well as directors. They lack organization and respect. My son never adapted after 6 months of being here, he hated this place. Also, overcharged my account more than five times.
