  • I had a blazer that I took in for dry cleaning and pressing. It came back wrinkled and was returned to have it pressed. It came back a second time and was still wrinkled. It was again returned to be pressed. The third time it came back wrinkled again but not as bad as the first two times. Your representative at the 90th Street store was excellent. She took ownership of the problem and got it resolved to my satisfaction. In fact for my trouble she did not charge me for the garment. She represents your store and your company very well and is a great ambassador of how business's should operate and how to treat a customer. This was an isolated situation as I have never had a problem with either quality or service.
