  • No lie Centurylink is an absolute nightmare. I tried to cancel my services to end the madness naturally they messed that up too. They cancelled one service, opened a new account which took four phone calls 90 minutes so far and I won't be surprised if there is more punishment in my future. Talk about adding insult to injury, it's shocking I had to deal with this along with sub-standard services.
