Originally signed up online, web browser: Firefox! Later went into the Tempe Store with my great neighbors. Saved a project to finish at home. Next day tried to sign into saved project. Unable! Username and password not recognized. Submitted request for new PW. NOTHING received in my email account Tried calling their 888#. Response: "All circuits are busy now".
(When was the last time you heard THIS response?)
Perhaps they are having computer problems? Tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Responses all the same - unable to recognize your UN or PW. Even called the Tempe Store number 480 496 5658. Since I did not know an extension, I was referred back to the 888 number.
Very frustrated. Giving up on Ikea.
