It took two hours and twenty minutes to get an oil change. At the two hour mark, I asked the cashier how much longer it would be. She called to check, and said the guy would call right back with an ETA. Ten minutes later I walk back up and ask, cause he never called her back. She called, he said he was finishing up the paperwork. When he came to give the cashier the paperwork, he told me that the car had been finished, the service guys just hadn't given him the papers to let him know it was done. Just how long had my car been done for?! Additionally, most dealerships will check all your other fluids and tires etc. and tell you how close you are to needing maintenance on those. Apparently not this place. Next time I'm going to Yota Pros, at least they're friendly and quick and they tell you what your other stats are at, green yellow or red.
