  • Bought a groupon for a group of 4, got email confirmation on where to meet (Fremont St), was there 20 minutes before we were told to meet. One hour later, no one showed up for the tour. We were told "Steve is tall, dark hair, with glasses and carries a clipboard" will meet us in front of Heart Attack Grill at 7:50pm. 8:45pm rolls around, no Steve. There was a group of almost 20 of us waiting for someone to show to take us on the tour we signed up & paid for. The phone number provided went straight to Steve's voicemail. It was a wasted night and a waste of money. Do business with professionals, not these folks.
