  • I went to the dry cleaners after reading the reviews. I have to say that my experience with them has been completely awful. I dropped off my wedding dress on August 25, 2014. The lady behind the counter told me it would take 3 weeks to clean and box. She said to give her an extra week because of Labor Day. I came back on September 29th. My dress wasn't ready. The man behind the counter told me to come back next on Friday, October 3. I went back today, October 6 & my dress still isn't ready. This has been a very frustrating experience. I have taken time/gas money/parking money to go here 3x and not have my dress ready in 2 months seems pretty ridiculous to me. The lack of communication and overall professionalism is also disappointing. To be fair, I have only used this place for a wedding dress, but to need an additional month from the original pick up date does not seem reasonable. The owners seem nice, but could really use a lesson on managing time. They told me to come back tomorrow, so fingers crossed that my dress is ready.
