  • I have been going to this shop for years now. Each time I visit Bootleg Canyon I try to drop in to support the local LBS. The shop is nice and carries good products, but I am sad to say my last visit left me very unhappy. The shop had SO much attitude, something I had not experience before. I was genuinely shocked! The guy I dealt with spewed absolute BS!! Incredibly high pressure sales, telling me all the (inaccurate) things that were wrong with my bike, etc. I kept trying to laugh off his ridiculous comments, but the more he kept at it the angrier I got. His comments were completely unfounded and some were flat out wrong. I have over twenty years experience, so luckily I could see through the BS, but would be concerned for other consumers who are not. The owner just sat there laughing at our interaction the whole time and said nothing. I kept waiting for him to step in and try to calm the situation when it became apparent I was angry, but he never did. Very disappointed.
