  • Half the restaurant was empty, one waitress telling people the wait was 30-45 mins, another waitress was saying 1-1.5 hours. I saw them lose at least 20 customers while we waited. Their excuse? They are doing shift change.. Why would management schedule a shift change at 1230?! Right in the middle of lunch on a weekend! Poor planning.. Luckily their food and price is good. But next time I will eat elsewhere instead of drive here to wait.
