  • I hate giving bad reviews but I recently visited this location and the service was horrible. The front desk associate, Lexi didn't even smile once at me, and when checking out she didn't ring me up for product that I was buying. Granted I asked questions about it and even asked if it was discounted with my service today. Second the girl who waxed me. She did ok but again she seemed cranks like she didn't want to be there. And went over the same strips multiple times without asking if I was getting irritated. I won't go back to this location and recommend Hilton Village as they have amazing service, smiley happy girls, and they genuinely seem to care about the consumer.
