This review is not aimed at this establishment but against Prism TV. Terrible. Where should I start; drops off line we must 'reset' the box and/or the modem several times a week. Can only record three HD shows at a time....narrow bandwidth I am told. After purchasing a 'smart tv' Prism got stupid. Turn on the box and then the TV...no sound! Cycle several times; tv - box, box - tv, box off - reset, tv on box on. nothing. Then randomly the sound turns on. Ugh The picture is usually ok. Customer service is a joke and English is a second, maybe third language. And not that it's a cheap service. We quit Dish because the prices increased every month with out explanation. And Cox....no thank you. Just as bad. It's a shame that such a service is such a dinosaur.
