  • THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER, people stay away form this location... They are liars with absolutely no knowledge about eye care and will make up anything to tell you just to let you go. I am from Michigan and I tell you that the eye glass world in Rochester Hills where I frequently visited and purchased all of my eye glasses were wonderful and experienced and treat you like family unlike the goodyear location where everyone there has chip on their shoulder except for a gentleman called Angelo, he was the only person there that was friendly. My glasses were completely destroyed and I took them in for insurance work and requested new glasses and lenses which it took 3 weeks to get my lenses in and they never ordered my frames and when I finally got the phone call that my glasses were in come to find out that they just bent my old glassed back in shape just good enough to hold the new lenses and when I questioned them they told me that we just wanted to make sure you have glasses to wear first and now we will TRY to find your frames and order them which people I must tell you that is not the way you do business, my frames should have been ordered since day one but they just wanted to getaway from replacing my frames so PLEASE TRY and fined a different location... This location does not even deserve one star
