  • Adam was kind and professional over the phone and did not make a big deal over rejecting "recommended services". everything was completed in a timely manner and the woman who processed my payment at check out was very friendly. 3 stars only because I realized my auxiliary cord was missing when I got home. it could have been CENTRAL TOWING's doing (towing company referred to by Firestone) , but no way of telling. I know it's a cheap item but when something has been taken from your vehicle after you spend a good sum of money for services, it is very disappointing. I will mention same issue in CENTRAL TOWING review.
