  • Unless your pet enjoys vet, visits do NOT take your pet here! If you read any of the one-star reviews, it is mirroring my experience here! The man "vet", not sure of his name, comes out to the waiting room and you can already sense his stress level. There is no friendly interaction from this guy. I do not know why this place continues to keep him employed here after witnessing his actions and reading the comments. I called to complain and the "manager on duty" tried to defend him. My complaint was not that they could not service my dog it was the lack of communication and this guy's actions! Never once did she apologize, she was very defensive. Makes me wonder what really happens behind closed doors! The front desk girls were not helpful in any way as I was trying to relax my dog to be able to leave the facilities. In fact, when I went back to ask for an explanation as what happened i was just told she didn't know. Nothing about this visit or my experience here went right (I have been here a few other times a few years before and never had an issue but also didn't deal with this man). This place has gone downhill. Very unprofessional, he is in the wrong profession! Save your money and the horror your pet will go through! *notice all the complaints how defensive their response is. Change your profession already, working with animals is not your strong suit!
