  • I am a 72 Year old widow. Even though I have a master's degree, I am technically challenged when it comes to telephones.Meg at the Verizon store went above and beyond the call of duty to help transfer everything from my phone that no longer would hold a charge, to the new phone that Verizon had overnighted to me. She connected my new phone to the speaker I purchased and also set up blue tooth in my car. She even took the time to mail my defective phone back to Verizon. She totally took charge and made what could have been a very stressful situation into a relaxing one.
