Moved from a place with decent pho (Denver) to a place with very non-decent pho (Santa Fe). So on any of our travels to big cities we try to get our pho fix. Decided to try this place. Was very pleased that we did. I always get pho with beef and tendon. Broth was tasty and clear. Beef port small but lots of tendon. I love when places serve culantro with their fresh herbs and this place is one of the few that I've found that do. Herbs were fresh. The service is impersonal but fast and efficient. Place was packed on a Sunday at 1:00 pm but no wait and good was brought out promptly. Would return for sure.
