  • Two stars because the cookies are yummy. No more than two because it took nearly two hours to get them. When I called to ask what was taking so long, the customer service was unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm fairly sure the driver was stoned once he finally showed up. Too bad I prepaid the tip. Not going to order from Insomnia Cookies again. Too bad.
