I was with Lynn for two years, and it was the most aggravating experience. I just recently switched to another agent because I was so fed up with her constant emails, phone calls, voice messages, etc. I visited her office once because she said she had some important information? which turned out to be more advertisement. This is when I asked her to just email me when there was something important that would personally affect my account because I don't respond to phone calls anyway. However, she continued to send emails and voice messages that have no content with subject lines that say to call her.
