  • First of all, I only go to a license bureau when I absolutely have to. I do online renewal of license plates as much as I can. Second, I have been to three other bureau locations throughout Cuyahoga County. This is the most dysfunctional, inefficient location I have used. Some of the workers do not care about getting things done efficiently. Example: I was at another location, found out that I needed to fill out a pretty long form to get my plates transferred. I was asked to fill out the form, and another customer was called to be taken care of while I was writing. By the time I was done, they were done. Two happy customers. That will not happen here. Expect to wait while the person in front of you fills out the form, and don't expect to be served when they are done. Expect the person to go to the back of the office, talk for a while, shuffle some papers and come back to take care of you. I've seen this twice in the last few months. I will not come back, and go to one of the other locations.
