  • I don't know how this agent got five stars I've been with them for 13 years no accidents no tickets and they just keep raising my premiums my premium it went up $40 this month ridiculous over $100 I'm 68 years old I don't know how she could get five stars I'm so scared a discount every year for good driving never see the discount the premiums just keep going up I just want to say thank you to Mary she's lowered my premiums thank you so much for your hard work
