  • I'm mostly impressed by the high-tech techniques of a minimal-length incision for a dog spay, and using dissolving, internal stitches. Kowabunga! No external threads for the dog to lick and pick and tear out. PAWS is easy to do business with. I found them on Yelp and was a new client. They made an appt with no hassle and the paperwork when I brought in my Border Collie took only a few minutes to complete. I was anxious to pick up my dog at the end of the day. What a surprise when a got a call before noon to say that my dog was out of surgery, looking good, and would be ready for a 1:30pm pickup! Crazy to say, but I am more impressed by PAWS than with my regular vet who quoted a spay price 4x that of PAWS. ($399 vs $100).
