  • I have been going to plato's closet for a couple years now. I was always satisfied and loved it! I had been to the chandler location multiple times and brought in my own clothes to the Scottsdale location and got quite a bit of store credit and was very pleased. Now that the location has changed apparently so has the store. Customer service was HORRIBLE. I had a teenager with a short pixie hair cutt give me the worst attitude. They didnt even look at everything I brought it. Everything on the top of my bag was ruffled around and everything on bottom was folded in the exact order I put them In. They didnt take any of my things including Hollister, Calvin Klien, Liz Clabourne, etc. All of the employers were young teenagers and it was very obvious they were not excited to work there and too lazy to look through my clothes to see the quality of them because they were "too worn out" when I had never worn most of them. The only thing the teenage employees seem to be worried about was listening to the music that was WAY to loud. They were not concerned about customers at all. Take your things to buffalo exchange or my sister's closet.
