  • I made this account specifically write a review about this place. I've been in this place on two occasions both times I left without getting anything done and very disappointed. I've been in just to get my set removed and was turned away because they would rather take other clients who were getting more services done. The second time I went in I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She agreed to do it. Almost mid way through the manager informs me that it was going to cost me more money because of the style I was doing. There were no prices posted at the time. And I was not made aware of additional costs initially. They then removed what they had done and insisted on charging me for the removal of nails. I get my nails done weekly and I've never experienced such poor customer service anywhere else. I do not recommend this place.
