  • We checked in today and were surprised how the room was different from the pictures seen before booking. I asked the front desk and was told to pay $99 per nite more to upgrade which is not reasonable. The shark tank is closed until May and the swimming pool is not so impressive. Valet staff are amazing. Very nice and professional. If you are about to book the hotel, make sure it is in rush tower and don't have a high expectations for pools. (I should have known a way early.) I wouldn't rate as a four star hotel here.
