  • I had been looking for the Thames GM for several weeks as a present for my mother. Unfortunately, 3 stores in the Bay Area were all out of stock. As luck would have it, I found the bag on a business trip in Vegas and purchased it immediately. I also considered a few other bags and the salesperson tried to track them down but none were available at any of the LV stores in Vegas. The staff was extremely gracious and helpful. I had 3-4 people ask me if I needed any help or if I wanted to see anything on the shelves. They even gave me advice on when to come to the store to see the best selection since the stores get new merchandise each day. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.
