  • I have been craving waffles for months now. When I yelped waffles and came across a waffle food truck, I thought my dreams have come true and all was perfect in the world. I came on a Saturday evening. I think I overheard that one of their burners was out, and for that the wait was kinda long. But that's totally understandable. No issues there. I ordered the liege waffle with strawberries and cream. Oh the cream! It was delicious. And the strawberries seemed fresh. But the waffle. It was soooooooo doughy and really yeasty. It wasn't even really crunchy. The inside was just completely raw thick dough. I could barely eat it. But because I wanted to like it so much, I did eat it. I wouldn't go out of my way for this food truck again. 3 stars for the cream and strawberries.
