Worst service department of any dealership I have ever been to. My daughter made a reservation for her car weeks in advance for a recall on her cruze she came in at her appointment time and she told them she was waiting. The told her approximately 1 hr 30 min. 4 hours later , when she asked what the issue was, the told her they did not have the part and they would not be able to do her car. When she complained that nobody told her and she was there for 4 hrs they made her feel it was her fault . First of all they new she was coming , if they were customer service focused they would have have called her the day before and asked her to reschedule. Then for her to show up and nobody to tell her and make her wait is so unprofessional , and to me it shows what a poorly run dealership they must be. I will never do business with these guys again and I would recommend to stay away ft every aspect of this poorly run business . I bet they rip folks off everyday
