  • Kal (I believe is how you spell it) is outstanding. From making the appointment, to arriving, getting set up, watching him interact with other customers, and answers/advice on other questions about my Accord his execution was friendly, flawless and extremely professional. The waiting area was impressive. Cubicle type desks with charging ports so people could work from their laptops while they wait, a kids play area (inside a room with walls and a door-so no screams! Haha), vending machines, coffee, popcorn..I couldn't believe it. My car is paid off, and hopefully I won't need to buy a new car for quite some time, but if and when I do, I will certainly consider Hendrick Honda first.
