First impression wasn't so great. Had emailed asking some questions and got a cookie cutter reply which didn't even address my questions. Finally got fed up with it and said if you can't answer me can you direct me to someone I can. Finally, got some answers.
Went in and the young lady at the counter was beyond rude. She was short, snippy and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by showing up. If we didn't have such a large group with us we probably would have left. Seriously service is a big deal, we are in Vegas!
As we were listening to the guy explain the directions and rules, not only was he condescending but overly rude with how he said things. Yes there were kids in the group but he spoke as if we didnt understand the basics of wear goggles and don't be an idiot. A little demeaning considering half the people in our group could have been his dad. Moving on..
Anyways. Got all set up and made it out to the fields. I will have to admit that the various fields is pretty cool. Having an option of fields to play on keeps each round interesting and fun. The guy assigned to our group was helpful. Overall the experience of paintballing was fun, the service (people) totally different story.
Then again, in this industry I guess service isn't that big of a deal.
