  • I brought my MacBook to Chaz after having it "fixed" somewhere else. He is very thorough and explained exactly what he found was wrong with my computer. Unfortunately, the proper fix costs a fortune (I might as well buy a new computer). However, he provided me with alternatives and workarounds to my problem to get me back up and running. Chaz was willing to sit down with me for hours and explain step by step what he was doing to my machine. I felt comfortable and confident that he did all that he could for me. I am more than satisfied with his service and will definitely keep him in mind the next time I am having computer problems.
