  • My boyfriend and I went to Mac Shack yesterday and ordered our pasta to go. We both did build your own and it cost us over $25. Little pricey for fast food. We sat down in the dining room that only had about 4 other people. We waited quite a while and kept watching for our food. We saw them walk a to go order out and were sure it was finally ours but it was for someone who came in after us. I went up to the counter and asked about our food and it was sitting back there the whole time! They said they had called our names, but I don't believe they did since the place was practically dead, we would have heard it. On top of that, the food was mediocre and the bread sticks were stale.
