  • Was just there. Such a horrible customer service experience. I asked for an iced coffee for members at a price advertised on the door on my way in. It didn't ring up at that price and the rude lady told me it was a problem with the app. The manager came by and said no, it had expired 8/1, it is 8/12, why would that still be up and why wouldn't you honor it if I asked for it. Really rude lady ringing up.
