  • So I came here this past saturday looking for shoes. There was a white male - Didnt catch his name - that I approached to first asking for help. He did acknowledge me but had absolutely no idea of what shoes to recommend me based on my size and needs. He had to ask his co worker - a nice black lady for suggestions. He never pulled out any shoes for me to try on or bother continuing to help me after repeating his co workers suggestions. After looking around and him not bringing me any shoes to try on I literally felt ignored. He seemed more interested in flirting/taking with a different co worker, greeting guests walking in and making himself look busy. I eventually approached the nice black lady and asked her if she wouldnt mind helping me since she obviously knew what she was talking about. When the guy saw me approach her and ask her what size in mens she thinks I would be he retorted in the background "your shoe size will be the same in mens as it is in womens" which he's obviously wrong. I ignored him rather than being sassy and allowed the lady to continue to help me. Although she wasnt able to help me find a shoe in her store, she recommended me to another store in the mall and after losing hope I found the exact shoe I needed based on her recommendation! They have a great person working for them and because of her this place gets 4 stars. That and footlocker in general lost its shine considering how small theyve downsized in general. If it wasnt for her, based on the guy that I asked for help first, I honestly would have given 2 stars. If it wasnt for the fact that he actually acknowledged me you would have gotten 1 star. Please train your other employee about the actual merchandise specifically shoes you are selling and about customer service in general. Your other employee deserves a raise!
