Went to the already knowing I needed and that being an awl. An awl is a tool that resembles a pin with a handle.
Upon entering the store looked messy and all the employees that were on the floor did not say hi nor made any acknowledgement to me.
Proceeded to what look like an information desk.
I asked for the tool and both employees faces were blank. I had to spell out the tool name and made reference that it was online on there website. After finally finding the tool on their system the rep just left the desk. I had no idea where he was going until I say him make his way to the tools section.
Was I suppose to just wait or was he showing me?
I followed and he found the tool but needed another size, so I thanked him not sure for what.
The customer service was poor. No one had any inclination to help me nor had any expertise. An awl is a basic tool, which I knew and no rep did .
Now I know why I don't think of Rona when I need a tool.
