  • It's Summer officially in Arizona and the theatre is one of the best places to be. Free air conditioning is the best! We decided to check out the theatre in Surprise since AMC took it over. The old theatre sucked in all honesty. Popcorn was always stale, service or lack there of was bad, and always dirty. Today's experience was different. Theatre was clean, and easy to order snacks. The concession stand was quick and I love that they have refillable self serve drinks. I will say the service at the ticket counter was lacking. Very slow, all looked miserable, no one said hello, one guy looked s but haggard and needed a hairbrush. Not trying to be mean, but you're working with the public. Clean up a bit. All in all it was a good experience.
