  • Terrible customer service! I wasn't able to make reservation for 6 on Saturday, because entire day was full; was encouraged to go in and possibly could be seated if a reservation was canceled. I asked if I can get a call back to confirm an actual reservation, Kyle said no because he doesn't expect any cancellations. I said, "why would you encourage me to go if no tables will be available?" He replied, "you can hangout at bar." Where is the customer service?! Very unprofessional. Lack of customer service. Definitely will no be going back. Thanks but no thanks Kyle!
