  • One of my biggest pet peeves is when people are inconsiderate of other people's time. I imagine it's 10 times worse when people not being where they say they'll be messes with your business. That being said, I had an appt last week and an hour before, I got in my car and it was completely dead. With a pit in my stomach I called Jade, feeling awful for needing to cancel on such short notice. On that 116 degree day, she responded with "Oh no! Do you have enough water? Is there somewhere you can go in the A/C?" She then told me it recently happened to her and that she hopes mine is an inexpensive fix. I mean, just unbelievably kind. I rescheduled for next week and will update once I receive my tan, but we've all seen the pictures and read the 5-star reviews. I think we know it's going to turn out great.
