  • Really disappointed with your customer service. I come into your shop almost everyday and have spent a lot of money there - you've even called me your best customer .. but when I called and left a message this morning (cuz you never answer your phone) and asked you to put something on hold for me that I saw last evening ... not only did you never call me back ... but when I came to pick it up as I said I would ... nothing on hold - item sold ... lame. I won't be back.
