I have been going here for 2 months now. While the yoga instructors are good I have to say that the management and customer service needs some work.
I arrived 5 mins late due to a late train for a 7:30 am class. I was told they do not allow people to enter the class 5 mins late. Even though I had reserved a spot online. The confirmation email specifically says after 10 mins the spot may be given away. And after 30 mins it is cancelled. I was only 5 mins late. The class was not full. Yet still I cannot get in.
I understand they do not want to disturb the class. But in other classes i have seen instructors specifically setting up mats for those that will be a few mins late. And this has never been an issue. But for some reason I am not allowed the same courtesy.
If they are that strict about it then the rule should apply to everyone, not on a selective basis. And they need to be more clear about it on their reservation confirmations and online.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.
