  • I am happy to be able to write an updated review to share that after seeing this review, Griffin Brothers reached out, sincerely apologized and made a genuine offer to rectify the issue. I proposed an amount that I felt was fair (basically, paying for two tires as anticipated and not four). They quickly agreed to that and issued the credit to my account immediately. In addition, they were receptive to feedback and suggestions on how to avoid something like this from happening. I was very pleased with how they worked with me to resolve this and feel the outcome was fair and appropriate.
