So I stayed here thanks to Hotwire. Or no thanks? Lol. We get there and it's like 7pm only like 2 people ahead of us 2 people in the front and it takes like half an hour to get us into our room. we get in our room and there's no shampoo or soap for the bathroom, there's blood above the kitchen doorway and a piece of glass on the floor. The nightstand had ky on it. Complained to the front and she said she would have the maid come. She didn't. I called again anout 3 hours later and the maids are gone already. So she sends the security guard(the only one. Joe? He's the best by the way) comes in and brings us samples of shampoo.... Then we show him all the stuff happening in our room and he is courteous to wipe it down for us. He gives us a name of someone to talk to the next day. That person hooked us up thank God. No resort fee, King business room and 10x cleaner. She saved our vacation. The maids need to do a better time cleaning. Even in our new room when they came back to clean they didn't do a great job. It's ok your hotel is old but it should be the least dirty as possible. I loved that they had a fridge(no microwave ). They have a casino but it had a total of..10 slots and it's hand pay by 1 person who's also the cocktail waitress so it takes a lot of time..it's not work it other than getting the free $10 play. I would love to stay in the nicer room again but never again in the other room.
