  • I manage a pet friendly hotel in Scottsdale. One of our guests brought their anxious 3lb chihuahua and left her in the room. Poor thing missed her daddy so much she scratched the carpet at the entrance door until it was a pile of shredded carpet fibers. So I hopped on Yelp for help. Hector was the first to respond and did so quickly and courteously. He offered to visit the property to determine if the carpet could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and saved me from having to replace the entire carpet flooring in the room. His price was fair and his service excellent. I will recommend him to others who need carpet work done. I also kept his card and he will be the first person I call if I ever need another carpet repaired.
